23 December 2013 Recipe For Pasta Gallo (LASAGNE)

Ingredients for 6 portions:

- LASAGNE: 300g

- ripe tomatoes: 5 pcs.

- vegetable oil: 3

- tablespoons grated cheese: 250g

- butter: 2

- tablespoons beef: 250g - pork:250g

- onion: 2 pcs.

- coriander powder: ¼ teaspoon

- black peppersalt

- salt

Preparation method: 
  1. Add a little water, salt, pepper and coriander to minced meat with onions. 
  2. Peel the tomatoes, and then slice them. 
  3. Stuff the lasagne with minced meat and place on a greased baking tray. Cover the lasagne with tomato slices, salt, pepper and grated cheese. 
  4. Bake for 40 minutes at 220 C temperature. 
  5. Decorate the lasagne with parsley. Spicy ketchup should be served separately.
