Recipe For Pasta Gallo (LASAGNE)

Ingredients for 6 portions:
- LASAGNE: 300g
- ripe tomatoes: 5 pcs.
- vegetable oil: 3
- tablespoons grated cheese: 250g
- butter: 2
- tablespoons beef: 250g - pork:250g
- onion: 2 pcs.
- coriander powder: ¼ teaspoon
- black peppersalt
- salt
Preparation method:
- Add a little water, salt, pepper and coriander to minced meat with onions.
- Peel the tomatoes, and then slice them.
- Stuff the lasagne with minced meat and place on a greased baking tray. Cover the lasagne with tomato slices, salt, pepper and grated cheese.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 220 C temperature.
- Decorate the lasagne with parsley. Spicy ketchup should be served separately.
